The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance in locating an inmate wanted out of West Feliciana Parish.
St. Landry Crime Stoppers they are searching for any information that may lead to the arrest of Matthew Gray. Deputies say Gray is an escaped inmate from West Feliciana Parish.
He is also wanted for stealing a motor vehicle in Pointe Coupee Parish. It is believed that Gray may be in the Church Point or Eunice area.
Information has been received that Gray may have altered his appearance by shaving his head bald.
Law enforcement officials want to remind the public that anyone found to be aiding, preventing apprehension, or harboring Gray will be placed under arrest for the appropriate offense upon his capture.
