ST. MARTIN PARISH, La. - The Village of Parks cut the ribbon on their new city hall across from Village Park.
This is one of several improvements being made in the area.
"This thing is built by the community not by the mayor it was supported by the mayor and the council but the community put us in here and I thank them a lot," said Mayor Kevin Kately.
