The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office is alerting motorists to a few hazards along the roadways in the parish.
At around 8:20 p.m. deputies reported a large tree down in the 4500 block of Bridge Street Highway. The road has now reopened
DOTD was abel to remove the tree.
Another hazard is along the 1300 block of Ches Broussard Road.
A downed power pole has temporarily closed the roadway at around 9:00 pm, according to the sheriff's office. SLEMCO is currently on scene making repairs and working to replace the pole. It is unclear if any power has been lost to the surrounding area.
Motorists are asked to use caution will driving in those locations.
