ST.MARTINVILLE, LA- UPDATE: The City of St. Martinville has issued a boil advisory that will remain in effect until at least Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
Due to necessary repairs, utility crews shut off the water to make emergency repairs at the corner of Madison and Lewis Streets beginning at 10 p.m. this past Saturday.
The repairs in service will also affect customers in St. Martin Parish Waterworks District No. 4 (Catahoula).
Repairs were originally expected to take approximately 3-4 hours.
Boil advisory will be in effect until further notice.
