Police: Two wanted in Breaux Bridge armed robbery

The Breaux Bridge Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two wanted suspects.

Police say that individuals are wanted in reference to an armed robbery that occurred within the city limits of Breaux Bridge. Police Chief Rollie Cantu says the armed robbery happened a few months ago along Rees Street. The two are accused of robbing someone at a trailer park.

Cantu says that the two took the victims personal belongings.

Quincy Lamant Alexander and Desean Lamar Jacobs should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police. They are believed to still be in the Acadiana area, possibly between Lafayette and St. Martin Parishes.
