ST MARTIN PARISH, La. - The no wake zone that was put into effect for Lower St. Martin (Stephensville/Belle River) on June 26, 2020, will be rescinded beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
The advisory was issued due to excessive rainfall.
"We encourage boaters to stay home due to the precautionary measures in place for COVID-19, however; if you must travel on the water, please remember to follow the safe distancing guidelines for occupants on your boat," a release states.
