Car enthusiasts headed to Cajun Fast Trackrecreation center in Breaux Bridge Saturday for a car and truck show benefit.
Dozens of cars entered at a fee of $10 apiece and all proceeds from the event are going to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
Families were encouraged to safely attend the event, which was free for spectators. Those in attendance were able to walk around, view the vintage cars and trucks, and also head in to Cajun Fast Track to enjoy other various activities.
Entrants were judged and prizes were awarded in six categories, including best interior and best paint. Three winners received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Best in Show. This year there was a new category in which kids were able to choose the winner. That Kid's Choice award was presented by the Louisiana Chapter of the American Mopar Society.
Saturday's event was held from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
