A Butte Larose man died Tuesday morning in a four-wheeler crash.
St. Martin Parish Sheriff's deputies say they responded to a crash on the levee in the 2900 block of Atchafalaya River Highway at about 8:45 a.m. on March 31.
They found that Herman Courville, 76, was riding his four-wheeler on the levee when for unknown reasons the ATV flipped. He was ejected from the vehicle, deputies say.
Courville was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies say.
