St. Martinville Police have arrested a pair of brothers in connection with the October 18 slaying of Brandon Kerlegan.
Late that night, police were called to the 200 block of Honore Street, where they found Kerlegan, who had been shot several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. To read our story, click here.
Police have arrested brothers Damontae Gardner and Davontae Gardner, Chief Ricky Martin says.
Both men were booked with second degree murder, aggravated assault with a firearm and aggravated criminal damage to property.
The investigation is continuing, the chief says.
