A boil water advisory has been issued for Atchafalaya Acres Water System customers in Butte la Rose.
The order is in effect until further notice. The below-freezing temperatures are causing well issues, officials say.
The water system personnel are working to resolve this issue and will inform the residents when the boil order is lifted, officials say.
