The St. Landry Parish School Board will meet Saturday to discuss future plans for the district.
The meeting, described as a "retreat," will begin at 8 a.m. at LSU-Eunice. The meeting will be held at the Acadian Center.
On the agenda are discussions of the board's vision for the future, future revenue sources, possible cost savings, efficiency measurements, and the board's strategic plan.
Also on the agenda are discussions about how closed school buildings will be used, and consideration of future school consolidations and reconfigurations.
The meeting is open to the public.
