The St. Landry School Board will discuss a proposed French Immersion school today.
At a 4 p.m. committee meeting, the board will discuss the contract for Académie Franco-Louisianaise de Sunset. The school is set to open at the old Sunset High School.
Also on the agenda of board commitees meeting today are discussions about financial statements, employees' "Christmas stipends" and giving the Head Start department a credit card.
The meetings begin at 4 p.m. in the St. Landry Parish School Board Office, 1013 Creswell Lane.
