Opleousas Police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection with an October 13 shooting that left one person injured.
Police say the suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Quan'Darien Andrus. A second suspect is believed to be involved, but police say they have not identified that person.
Andrus and the unidentified suspect are believed to be living somewhere in Texas.
The incident happened on October 13 in the area of Academy and Blanchard Streets near an after-hours restaurant. Police say the area is commonly referred to as "The Back."
One person was shot four times and was taken to a local hospital for treatment
That victim was later released.
Andrus is wanted for Attempted Second-degree murder.
