Police release surveillance video of suspects in 2019 Grand Coteau fatal shooting

Grand Coteau Police are still searching for suspects in connection with the April 2019 shooting death of Keaven Breaux.

On Wednesday, April 15 the department shared surveillance video from the time of the robbery and shooting which shows three possible suspects.

Police say that video from a security camera shows a truck that could possibly be involved in the incident.

The truck is believed to have dropped three suspects off at Breaux's residence on Bellemin Street before the April 8 robbery and shooting.

In another video, police say the three suspects, two males and one female are seen ambushing Breaux with guns drawn as he exited his residence.

The three then reportedly leave the scene in Breaux's vehicle.

That stolen vehicle was recovered by the Grand Coteau Police Department on the same day.

Breaux later died of his injuries.

Breaux's fiancee and and the couple's two daughters were inside the home at the time of the incident.
