PLAISANCE, La. — Residents in certain parts of Plaisance will be without water for most of Thursday morning while the water lines are being repaired.
According to the Plaisance Water System, customers north of Dupre Road in Plaisance will be without water on Thursday from 9 a.m. - noon.
Officials say that they must turn off the water pressure in the area to make repairs to the water line.
Water should be restored to customers by Thursday afternoon.
