UPDATE (2/6): Opelousas Police say 15-year-old Morgan Tate has been located.
Officers with the Opelousas Police Department and St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Deputies assisted in locating Morgan. According to police, she was found in the Arnaudville area Friday night.
Police say the matter has been referred to the juvenile court and the Office of Child Protective Services and is still under investigation.

The Opelousas Police Department is asking for help in locating a 15-year-old runaway.
Police say Morgan Tate last had contact with a family member on January 29.
Tate is believed to be in the Washington, La area and avoiding her family.
She is described as being 5’4” and 180lbs with half-black half-blonde hair style and brown eyes.
