An Opelousas teen has been arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot his family members with an "AK-47 assault style rifle."

Opelousas Police say that 17-year-old Quanderrick Romond Joshua Bradley was involved in an argument with family members and threatened to shoot them.

The teen was allegedly found by police attempting to conceal the rifle underneath his home.

Bradley was arrested and booked into the St. Landry Parish Jail on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.

Police say Bradley will be charged as an adult in relation to the crime.
