An officer with the Krotz Springs Police Department was fired for inappropriate behavior of an officer while on duty.
The town council held a special meeting Friday August 16, to discuss an incident involving Officer Bruce Colley.
Krotz Springs Mayor Carroll Snyder said Colley admitted to the allegations and the council voted to terminate him.
This case is still under investigation by the police department.
