The name of the person arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in December of 2018 has been released.
The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office says that Hi Keam Wilson, 17, of Lake Charles is now being identified as the suspect involved in the fatal shooting death of Scott Daville.
Wilson was booked on 1 count of Aggravated Burglary and 1 count of 1st Degree Murder earlier this week. The Sheriff's Office says that Wilson will be tried as an adult.
His bond is set at $800,000.
Daville was shot after he discovered someone, now identified as Wilson, inside of his vehicle before going to work. Wilson was 16 at the time of the shooting which occurred on December 27, 2018.
