St Landry Parish held their Household Hazardous Waste Day on Saturday.
The event was held at the parish's two recycling centers in Opelousas and Eunice.
The event was open to all parish residents.
The collection, according to the parish, was for households only. Large quantities from businesses, farms or commercial operations were not accepted.
