The family of a missing Melville man is seeking information about his whereabouts.
Relatives of Raymond Hayward emailed KATC overnight. They told us he was last seen on or around May 31.
Relatives told us they believe he was last spotted in Opelousas, but no one knows where he is.
Melville Police Chief Anthony Moreau confirmed to KATC that Hayward has been missing since the end of May. Moreau also confirmed that his department is speaking with people to find out where Hayward might be.
When asked if Hayward has any known health problems or is in danger, Moreau said he did not have any information about either situation.
