OPELOUSAS, La. — The Southwest Louisiana Primary Health Care Center is holding a COVID-19 testing site at the Opelousas Civic Center on Friday, May 8 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
SLPHCC states that registration is required and asks that residents be prepared to provide their picture ID, insurance information and two contact phone numbers.
Residents can register and schedule an appointment ahead of time by calling 337-678-9000.
The Opelousas Civic Center is located at 1638 Creswell Lane Extension in Opelousas.
