The Southwest LA Primary Care Center will offer tests for COVID-19 testing in Lafayette tomorrow and Opelousas on Friday.
You must pre-register to be tested at either site. To pre-register, call 337-678-9000.
The Lafayette site will be at Northside Community Health Center, 1800 Louisiana Ave. Testing will be done from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.
The Opelousas site will be at the JS Clark Leadership Academy in Opelousas on Friday, May 1.
Testing will be done between 10:00am and 12:30pm
Please be prepared to provide your picture ID, insurance information and two contact phone numbers.
