A boil water advisory has been issued for portions of Leonville Water System.
The advisory is in place after a contractor cut a main water line.
That advisory has been issued for the following locations.
1119 to 1331in Jennings Road in Opelousas, Hwy 74 starting at 837 ending at 2704 including side roads. Little Teche from Hwy 742 to Simmons Road including side roads.
