After a few very foggy mornings Acadiana finally will actually be able to see during their Friday morning commute, although the skies will stay gray through the majority of the day.
Mostly cloudy skies will be in place all day Friday, with the clouds giving way to the occasional light spotty shower through the afternoon.
Temperatures are going to be sitting in the upper 60s as a slight drop in temperatures arrived behind a front on Thursday night, winds will be from the east at 5-10 mph.
The lows on Friday night will be in the lower 60s with another warm, cloudy, muggy day coming up on Saturday with showers getting going in the afternoon along another frontal boundary.
This front will knock temperatures down into the 40s by Sunday morning starting a string of very chilly days which will last through the first half of the work week.
