The FBI is joining the Louisa County Sheriff's Office in asking for the public's help in locating missing 14-year-old Isabel Shea Hicks.

Officials say she was last seen at her residence in Bampass, Virginia, in the early morning hours of October 21, 2019. She is considered an endangered missing juvenile, in the company of Bruce William Lynch, Jr., also of Bumpass.

Isabel is described as a white female, 4'11", 120 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Lynch is 34 years old, described as a white male, 5'10", 190 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a beard.

It is possible that Lynch is driving a light blue, almost silver looking, 2003 Toyota Matrix with Virginia tag VEM-9071.

Lynch should be considered armed and potentially dangerous. Contact law enforcement immedately - do not approach - if they are spotted.

Any information on Hicks' location should be directed to the Richmond FBI field office at 804-261-1044.
