An Amber Alert has been issued for a 12-year-old girl missing from San Antonio, Texas.
Police believe she may be in grave or immediate danger.
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the San Antonio Police Department is searching for 12-year-old Amisty Monrreal.
Police say the girl was last seen on Tuesday, April 7 in San Antonio wearing a black t-shirt with the number 45 on the front, blue jeans and black/gray Jordan tennis shoes.
Monrreal is described as being 5 feet tall, with brown hair with highlights and brown eyes.
