Loreauville residents took time Thursday to pay tribute to one of their own.
Katie Boutte was laid to rest this afternoon. The longtime manager of the Teche Café died on Sunday after a battle with breast cancer.
She was 39 years old.
While there was no funeral, her friends, family, and others from the community put pink ribbons along the procession route to honor Boutte's legacy.
