LA 1246 at the Woodlawn Bridge in Vermilion Parish will be closed beginning Monday, January 27 at 8 a.m. until Thursday, January 30, weather permitting.
According to DOTD, the bridge is experiencing mechanical issues and the closure is necessary to accommodate marine traffic scheduled during the above timeframe.
The detour will consist of LA 82, LA 14, US 167, Derek Road, and Woodlawn Road.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
