St. Leo the Great Catholic Church is holding its 10th annual Blessing of St. Joseph's Altar.
The church has the largest St. Joseph's altar in the Diocese of Lafayette.
Saturday, Blessing of the Altar by Bishop Deshotel followed a 4 p.m. mass. The altar will reopen on Sunday morning, March 15, at 8 a.m. for viewing until 12 p.m. when lunch will be served.
An Italian litany and rosary will be recited Sunday morning at 11 a.m.
