Masks will be distributed to Opelousas residents today at the city's civic center.
Starting at 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., residents can pick up masks at the Opelousas Civic Center, located at 1638 Creswell Lane.
Those getting a mask must drive into the parking lot, place proof of residency in their vehicle dashboard, and remain in their vehicle. Roll down your passenger side window when instructed, and the mask(s) will be placed in the vehicle.
Distribution will continue while supplies last.
