Lending a hand during this pandemic is local business Service Communications.
Thursday, employees handed out free lunches to support the Lafayette community as well as a local restaurant.
People stopped by to grab their brown bag lunch, which included hot dogs from Morvant's Bar and Grill.
"It feels really good to be able to help," said Service Communications President Rachel Romero. "We always talk about supporting local, supporting local business - Morvant's in Broussard provided the hot dogs for us. So it feels great to be able to give back."
