Lafayette's Saint Street Inn will soon be closing its doors for the last time.
According to the Advocate, the Inn is closing at the end of this year.
Owner Nathan Stubbs said he wants to go out "on a high note," and "we're not going to be sad."
Stubbs said the reason for the closure is financial troubles.
The restaurant is known locally for supporting local agriculture and growers.
About 20 employees will lose their jobs when the restaurant closes.
The Saint Street Inn will be open through New Year's Eve. The final weeks of business will include music, a trivia night, and a fan-favorite menu.
