Residents in a Lafayette neighborhood took time on Saturday to say 'thank you' to a doctor who is on the front lines, helping patients during the coronavirus pandemic.
Dr. Brad Broussard's neighbors decided to decorate the trees near his home, attaching notes that expressed their appreciation.
"This is a small neighborhood, and we reached out to one doctor in our area and said thank you for battling on the front lines for us," explained neighbor Kim Bishop. "For doing your part. To risk your life to save ours. And I think it's meant the world to him."
