DJ N.V. Navy Veteran Michael Edmond is co-hosting Operation Homefront Back to School Brigade on Saturday, August 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event is being held at Hub City Ford located at 2909 NW Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette.
School supplies will be distributed to children of service members from k-12th grade.
Current military ID is required and the service member or spouse AND the child must be present.
One backpack will be given per child.
Supplies are limited and on a first come, first served basis.
