There's an event going on at Rock-N-Bowl in downtown Lafayette right now.
It's called "Blue Monday," and it features retired musicians playing. Young musicians are invited to join in and jam.
But that's not all that goes down; Acadiana Food Hub brings food donations for the retired musicians.
Tickets to the concert series raise money to provide baseline life care servies to aging and retired musicians in Acadiana.
Tickets are $10 to get in. If you pay $20 you get to listen to the music and get the Blue Plate Special. A $25 ticket gets you a reserved seat for the concert and the Blue Plate Special.
The concert goes on until 9 p.m.
