Lafayette Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that took place earlier this evening.
Spokesperson Cpl. Bridgette Dugas said police were called around 7:15 to the 700 block of Hammond Road.
Police located one male victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim has been transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
There is no suspect information at this time.
