The owner of the old Evangeline hotel downtown wants to redevelop the building, and is looking for the public's input, according to The Advocate.
Those properties include one on Jefferson Street and another property next door.
According to documents, the agency is not interested in selling the properties, but are open to a partial ownership agreement with the developer.
They're also open to a lease with a managing entity.
Proposals can be submitted to the Lafayette Neighborhood Economic Development Corp. and are due April 30.
