Kingdom of God Church of Jeanerette will host a food pantry drive-thru distribution event on Monday, June 8.
The distribution will be held at St. Julia Empowerment Center (building next to the church) located at 401 Henkle Street in Jeanerette.
From 2:30 - 4:30, residents can visit the center to receive a free box of food. Everyone is asked to remain in their vehicles, and to have trunks open and clear for the food to be placed inside.
