Rayne Frog Festival royalty surprised a 7-year-old with a special drive-by parade Thursday night.
Festival co-chair Nikki Link says her niece Avery was heartbroken when she learned this year's festival was canceled because of COVID-19.
So, Link asked the queens for a favor, and they happily said, "Yes."
"We are all huge fans of the frog festival. We're from Rayne originally and it's our hometown and that's hometown pride, that's what we're known for. So it was pretty devastating, but just looking up for hopefully a bigger better festival for next year."
