Lafayette Police have arrested a woman in connection with a suspicious injury to a child that happened in March.
Alaina Gremillion, 27, of Lafayette, was booked on one count cruelty to a juvenile, police say.
The investigation started with a report to police on March 7.
At that time, LPD told KATC that they had received the complaint, which alleged a child had sustained a suspicious injury while he was the care of a babysitter.
