LAFAYETTE, La. - Some early voters practiced casting their ballot on Friday.
The Lafayette Parish Public Library showed people how to use the new early voting machines for the upcoming election.
They were also able to register to vote or make changes to their voter registration.
Early voting in Lafayette Parish starts September 28th.
