Family and friends gathered at Girard Park tonight to pray that Kao Wokoma's killer finds justice.
Kao's sister, Darcas Wokoma, remembered her brother as a kind person who loved his family and friends. She asked if anyone with any information about what happened to her brother to contact police or her.
Wokoma's body was found in a coulee by workers clearing debris. Family members tell us he was shot. Police continue to investigate the crime, and a reward has been offered for more information.
