Two arrested after located driving stolen vehicle by deputies

Lafayette Parish Deputies have arrested two men in connection with a stolen vehicle that authorities located on Tuesday.

Dillon Baucum, 28, and Joey Broussard, 24, were arrested after Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Deputies located the men driving the vehicle, which had been reported stolen on July 20 in the 2600 block of Mills Street.

Several stolen guns linked to cases by multiple local agencies were found inside the vehicle.

Both are facing several charges, including five counts of possession of stolen property.

Baucum was also charged with three counts of simple burglary by the Lafayette Police Department.
