A Lafayette Parish grand jury has handed up three indictments against men accused of sex charges.
Delands Brown, 30, a homeless man from Duson, is accused of first-degree rape, intimidation of a witness and attempted intimidation of a witness.
He's accused of raping a child younger than 13 years of age in December 2019, and then of intimidating a witness and attempting to intimidate another, both in May 2020.
Brown has been in jail since May, and his bond is set at $301,000.
Donald Felix, 62, of Lafayette, is accused of molestation of a juvenile. He's accused of molesting an 11-year-old child in January.
Wilson Sampy Jr., 53, of Lafayette, is accused of second-degree sexual battery. He's accused of committing the battery on the victim in February. He's been in jail since March, and his bond is set at $250,000.
