Covenant United Methodist Church, Home of The Pumpkin Patch, has announced that the event is canceled for 2020.
"As our community continues to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, Covenant Pumpkin Patch remains committed to preserving the safety of all our guests to the patch, as well as our volunteers," a post on the church's Facebook page says. "After much discussion and prayer, we are sad to announce that the Pumpkin Patch will not open in October 2020."
"We take pride in bringing you a free, family-oriented, fun fall experience and hopefully we will be able to do just that in 2021."
