Chief Chad Leger of the Scott Police Department and Brian Schlesinger with State Farm are scheduled to hold a press conference this afternoon on Seatbelt Safety.
The press conference will cover a new kid's safety campaign, the importance of seatbelts and how promotion strategies will work throughout the summer.
The press conference will be held at the Scott Police Department conference room at 2 p.m.
"We want to thank the driver first of all for properly securing their children and child that's in the back seat or in the front seat. And then we want to reward the kids with a shirt" said Chief Leger.
