A message sent out Thursday from David Thibodeaux STEM Magnet Academy announced a shelter in place was issued.
The message stated the shelter in place was issued due to an investigation involving law enforcement. The shelter in place has been lifted.
The school was placed on shelter for approximately 30 minutes while law enforcement conducted an investigation.
No other details were released.
