Lafayette Consolidated Government announced , S. Buchanan Street at Vermilion Street will close Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The temporary closure will take place to allow a crane to be placed in the roadway to lift HVAC equipment onto the roof of a business.
Detour routes will be made available, and local access will be maintained.
