Police, fire associations to hand out 1,000 meals to Youngsville residents

On Saturday, April 18, 1,000 Jambalaya plate lunches will be handed out to families in Youngsville.

The Youngsville Professional Firefighter’s Association & Youngsville Professional Police Association will hand out meals beginning at 11:30 am at the Youngsville Sports Complex.

Meals include jambalaya, green beans, bread and bottled water.

There is a four plate maximum per vehicle.

The curbside pickup will be held at the Nunu’s Parking Lot located in between the Youngsville Recreation Center and the baseball fields. Vehicles will enter on Savoy Rd. and exit on Chemin Metairie Parkway.
